We accept payments via debit/credit cards, traditional bank transfers, and Revolut.

Please note that PayPal is not available as a payment option due to our disagreement with their policies and the high fees they impose on small businesses.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as a small family-run business, we are committed to offering the best possible service to our customers.

Order Dispatch:

• Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• If you have placed an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available.

• If you prefer not to wait, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Delivery & Shipping:

Shipping costs will be added to your total purchase during checkout. For your convenience, we offer a flat-rate postage fee.

Parcels are dispatched from Tuesdays to Fridays.
Please note that orders placed after 9 a.m. are more likely to be dispatched the following working day.

Republic of Ireland Shipping Options:

• Fastway Courier or GLS: Orders over €60 qualify for free shipping.

• Flat Rate Fastway: For orders below €60, shipping is €6.50.

 

Local Delivery in Cork Area:

• Cork Country: €5.50, orders over €40 qualify for free shipping.

 

An Post (Small Parcels):

• Small parcels can be shipped for €3, but this option is available only for small letter envelopes containing items like needles, small quantities of elastic, buttons, etc. Fabrics will not be sent via An Post under any circumstances, as charges are based on weight. If you select this option for fabric orders, you will be required to pay the full courier charge.

 

Add to Another Parcel:

This option is available only for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once you receive your GLS/Fastway tracking number, this option is no longer available. If chosen after your parcel has already been shipped, we will contact you to discuss options such as canceling the order, paying for standard flat-rate shipping, or holding your order for future shipment.

 

Put on the Shelf for Later:

This option allows you to accumulate orders to save on shipping costs. When you're ready for shipment, simply notify us via email, Facebook/Instagram message, or in the notes section during checkout. Alternatively, choose the "shelf ready to send" option during delivery selection.

We use GLS courier or An Post to send your parcel internationally. Please contact us at ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com to get a calculation of the shipping cost to your country if it's not listed below.

• Free shipping over €200

Zone 3 - Europe: Austria, Denmark, Switzerland

• Parcel up to 30 kg: €22

• Free shipping over €230

Zone 4 - Europe: Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia

• Parcel up to 30 kg: €25

• Free shipping over €250

Zone 5 - Europe: Finland, Norway, Spain, Portugal (Mainland)

• GLS parcel up to 30 kg: €30

• Free shipping over €350

Zone 6 - Europe: Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania

• GLS parcel up to 30 kg: €34

• Free shipping over €400

Zone 7 - USA (An Post - Tracked, charges by weight):

• Up to 2 kg: €30

• Up to 3 kg: €40

• Up to 4 kg: €50

 

Returns:

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged fabric, provided the fabric was not sold as damaged.

Please send clear photographic evidence of the damage to ecobee.shop.ie@gmail.com or via our Instagram or Facebook accounts within 24 hours of receiving the fabric.

 

Failure to do so will result in a non-return.

For items other than fabric, such as buttons and zippers (items not pre-cut to order), please contact us if you wish to return them for any reason.

 

The return period is 14 days from the date you received your order.
